Each project is reviewed before production so the embroidery is appropriate for the garment construction, fabric, placement, and artwork, rather than evaluating the logo alone.

Outerwear embroidery entails more care than a basic shirt or flat garment. Fleece, insulated jackets, waterproof shells, lined garments, performance fabrics, bags, and structured apparel all need to be reviewed before production so the decoration method, placement, backing, thread colors, stitch density, and logo size can be confirmed properly.
Our team reviews projects by email before production begins, including garment details, artwork, placement, quantity, deadline, and delivery requirements. Free pickup and delivery may be available in New York City for qualifying orders, and nationwide shipping options are available for customers outside the local area.

and production requirements before embroidery begins.
GORE-TEX Embroidery Handling
JB Screen Printing & Embroidery regularly embroiders customer-supplied GORE-TEX jackets and technical outerwear. Based on our production experience, these garments can be embroidered successfully using our standard commercial embroidery process, and we have not encountered issues with the completed customer-supplied garments shown above.
Our role is limited to embroidery. JB does not apply waterproofing treatments, restore waterproof performance, or provide post-production waterproofing services. Each garment is embroidered according to the approved artwork, placement, thread color, and production specifications for the project.
Customers should also be aware that JB does not apply heat-sealed seam tape or other sealing material to the reverse side of the embroidered area. The back of the embroidery remains visible in its normal stitched form after production.
