The Cut & Sew division of JB Screen Printing & Embroidery assists with the development and production of embroidered and screen printed clothing labels. We bring over a decade of experience working with established designers, brands, and apparel companies. Our Cut & Sew department can support the development of menswear, womenswear, accessories, and branded apparel programs. Our services cover key stages of the production process, including textile cutting, sewing, label development, and larger production runs. We help manage the production burden so designers and brands can stay focused on product development, presentation, and market readiness.

STEP 1

Clients provide textile blocks cut to approved specifications. These prepared garment panels allow our production team to move directly into sewing, label application, and assembly while maintaining consistency across the production run.

STEP 2

Each textile block is printed according to the client’s approved specifications and tech pack, ensuring proper artwork placement, sizing, color alignment, and production consistency before assembly.

STEP 3

Each textile block is sewn according to the client’s approved specifications and tech pack to ensure proper construction, seam placement, and consistency across the production run.

(Custom labeling is handled as a separate production process)
